Morning Star Community Home is a total care group home located in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. We have been licensed through the Agency for Persons with Disabilities since November 2000.

We offer individually-taylored, home care services through Private Pay and Medicaid waiver (specifically as Service Rehab Moderate and Extensive 1,2) for non-ambulatory males ages 7-18.

We have capacity for a total of 6 residents, with each bedroom housing up to 2 residents comfortably. Our home has several large indoor and outdoor areas for residents to relax, socialize, and enjoy a loving home environment while receiving the highest quality care.
